ZJL Vertical Slurry Pump
Model: ZJL
Power: 4-110kw
Size: 40mm to 150 mm
Max Capacity: 480 m3/h
Max Head: 49.3m
1.Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner and can be removed completely;
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
ZJL series vertical slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, vertical centrifugal slurry pump. This series of pumps adopts the international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometric shape of its flow-passing parts conforms to the flow state of the medium, thereby reducing the wear of the flow-passing parts, improving hydraulic efficiency, and reducing operating noise and vibration. The wetted parts are made of high-hard alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, so as to improve the service life.
Main material:
Cr27,Cr28, Rubber liner,etc
Material advantage:
Imported natural rubber raw materials
High chromium alloy, more wear-resistant!
Self-casting, self-processing, each material has a spectral analysis report.
Ensure quality while truly saving costs for you!
Real factory! Quality system certification!
Main Parts:
Support plate, Impeller, Pump body, Rear guard plate, Filter screen, etc.
Advantage:
1. No need for any shaft seal and shaft seal water;
2. It is suitable for mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, transporting abrasive slurry containing solid particles, the maximum weight concentration of solid-liquid mixture: mortar 45%, ore slurry 60%;
3. The extended type of this series can reach a depth of about 5 meters under the armpit. Due to the mechanical seal structure, the slurry will not enter the bearing.
